I’m in my forties, have two grown daughters, a son in elementary school, and a toddler-sized grandchild. There are chickens in my backyard and dirty dishes in my sink. My sewing machine is lonely. My iPhone thinks we need to date other people. I spend a lot of time juggling too many hobbies and interests with the primary goal of not resorting to immaturity or martyrdom. Most days I succeed, but occasionally I don’t. In either case, I hope my life makes for some interesting blog posts.
Earlier this year I jumped off the very comfortable and dependable “Full Time Job” wagon to make my way as a writer. Thanks to the undying support of my friends and family, I haven’t been forced to start checking the want ads yet. 🙂
